We stand behind the quality of our services. However, because our products and services are digital, personalized, and labor-intensive, we do not offer refunds once any portion of the service has begun.

We do not issue refunds once services have begun, including intake processing, back story creation, resume writing, or coaching.

Our professional writing and coaching services are highly personalized and begin once:

• You submit an intake form or resume questionnaire

• Our team begins reviewing or drafting materials

• A coaching session is scheduled or conducted

Refunds are not based on satisfaction, but on whether work has been initiated or delivered. Once our team has started research, writing, or preparation, we cannot recover the labor invested.

If you change your mind before we begin work (i.e., no form submitted, no research or coaching started), we will gladly issue a refund upon request.

All refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase and submitted to refund@airkhaek.com with proof of payment. Refunds are processed at our sole discretion and issued to the original payment method.

Please note: It is the customer’s responsibility to schedule and attend all included coaching sessions. Unused sessions are non-refundable.
