    You have the right to withdraw your consent that has been given to us at any time pursuant to the methods and means prescribed by us. Unless the nature of consent does not allow such withdrawal. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data based on your consent before it was withdrawn.You can review and change your consent to use or disclose your personal data for marketing purposes through channels as specified in No. 10 below or other channels prescribed by us in the future.
  • Right to Lodge a Complaint
    You have the right to make a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee or their office in the event that we do not comply with the PDPA.

7. Business Transfers

If Airkhaek, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Airkhaek goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Airkhaek may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
